Guides to watching your favourite movie evv-er! with good friends who has never seen it before (Because that day I watched the Sound of Music and realised that I did not forget anything from the movie even after not seeing it for like a millyun years).

Guide #1. Refrain from saying out loud your favourite scripts (because yeah, you know them by heart)

Guide #2. Refrain from singing along to any of the songs (because admit it, you know where every 'Fa' goes)

Guide #3. DO NOT LAUGH OUT LOUD in advance (because you know the next scene is just funny damnit)

Guide #4. Do not glance over at your friends repeatedly right before a particular scene in which you want to know what their reaction is (b/c, Ohmygaw, was that the most amazing thing or what? I mean, wasn't it?!!)(e.g what Lorelei did when it was Luke's first time watching Casablanca)

Guide #5. Following exactly what the actors/actresses are doing is a definite NO NO (like nodding when they are nodding, or shakes head when the character does so or flipping your hair exactly the same instant)

Guide #5. Don't tell them what's going to happen next because you ASSUME that they might be confused about what just happened (because it happened to you THE FIRST TIME you watched it). If they ask, then you can tell. But only the necessary details please. Don't spoil the experience.

Guide #6. Don't say "Ohmygaw, you are SO gonna love what happens next." Please. No one likes being told what to do.

Guide #7. Movie trivias are allowed AFTER the movie ends, ok? Not DURING the movie.

Guide #8. If you know of any goofs that happened, keep it to yourself. Don't go all "hey you know, Ben actually fell a couple of times during that scene."

Guide #8. If you think you cannot keep still or keep your mouth shut, don't take part in this. Watch your favourite movie ev-vah! alone, or tell your friends it's awesome and let them watch it alone, or.. keep your favourite movies to yourself. I mean, why share how absolutely special and meaningful the movie is? Heheh.

Guide #9. Don't take it seriously and go all bitchy if after all that, your friends are like, "Eh. That wasn't so great. I mean, it was ok. But Great? You gotta be kidding me." Remember, the Golden Rule is, to each, their own!
