i know i'm never going to read the books, i think it's crap. i spent sometime reading about it on wikipedia, all the books in the series, yeah, it's crap. the storyline is actually childish and very loose. but i just know that if i ever manage to watch it, i'd be smitten(with the idea) just the same. i mean, who wouldn't want to be stalked by a beautiful vampire who is trying so hard to resist killing you? but i still cannot get over the "sparkle in sunlight" part. that is just too hilarious.
i think stephanie meyers read lj smith's vampire tales and came up with her own something. that is what i think. and you know what would make awesome(NOT CRAP) vampire stories? the lj smith's ones. but on the other hand i'm glad lj smith's has kind of faded into obscurity. i don't want to share them. i mean, it's me: the one who avoided reading daughters of darkness for a very long time, because i can't have what mary-lynette has.
