jan 27 - puny!
totally blew my puny "workout" sessions this week. mr. messner will not be talking to me for weeks! i saw tobey maguire's interview on E! about working out for his movie Brothers, and he said he worked out for 3hrs or more on non-set days, and an hour for on-set days.
i "work out" for about 45 minutes about two days a week.
FAIL.
