august 04 - my heart beats like a drum
i don't know exactly why i like jewel staite. i remember first seeing her on the pages of bop/big bopper/tiger beat and liked her instantly. can't even remember what show she was first on, but i think her named caught my eye. jewel! plus back then i was on a collecting-pretty-and-unique-names kick. and her look was so unique. when she was on firefly i recognised her instantly. now i follow her on twitter. she's a good writer on her blog, on food reviews and stuffs. this person that i remember from my tween years, and i am still able to find out what she is up to. so magical. one other person i have this magic with is wil wheaton. i wrote about him once, remember! how i am fond of that stranger-dude.

i am but just like other ladies, who swoons at the memory and though of mr. darcy. sigh. i have just arrived at his most swoon-worthy words "My affections and wishes have not changed, but one word from you will silence me forever.".

i have it very bad i am even willing to re-watch keira knightley's pride and prejudice. that bad. anyways i still have bits to go but it's all good. also, reading the correct and original one after pride and prejudice and zombies is SUCH A RELIEF. i luff you, ms. jane austen.

i like plain white t's rhythm of love. i imagine it to be the perfect song to romeo and juliet's wedding scene/hanging out together scene... all hazy and romantic and funny and heart-warming. and then they die.

so excited to discover missdoxie is on twitter today! a little upset i did not find out earlier, but, she can never cross me for very long. she is the most funniest stranger i know. hope dukay's found a good replacement because, dude... seriously.
