i remember reading getoffmyinternets and some people snarking about how emma was a total loser: "didn't she want to become an actress? she must have failed at that. i wondered how elsie felt about emma working for her knowing that EMMA ABANDONED EVERYTHING SHE TRIED TO BE GOOD AT."
now i wonder what they're talking about. while they're probably still there talking smack, these girls have made it. to inspire a person is major, but what about being able to inspire millions of people? that is beyond phenomenal.
from their blog and that they have friends and families around them, i think these girls are genuine and nice. so elsie might not have been a good person but so what? no one is a good person.
i'm so glad i found their blog. genuinely happy to see huge efforts paying off in a big way. i think even if things die down for them (the way dooce did) they will be alright. they will survive. they have each other.
