dear fashionistas not limited to hijabistas,
remember that friends episode in which ross met charlie the first time? when ross had to show charlie and another stuffy professor around town, and the stuffy professor bored them with endless lists of irrelevant things?
that is exactly what i feel when you talk about things like these:
1. 10 ways to wear a white shirt
2. 5 ways to style a blue top
3. my brown tudung is so versatile i can wear it with anything and everything EVERYTHING matches like some dark magic at work
4. how to wear pink ps: i found 13 ways! (one of them is a pink brooch)
5. how to wear jeans
i mean:
1. a white shirt. is a white. shirt. white. freaking. goes. with. anything. and it's a white shirt. IT'S A FREAKING BLANK CANVAS
2. a)with a skirt b)with pants c)with flowered skirt d)with jeans e)with anything that has a blue pattern on it i.e skirt pants tudung bag shoes. i can tell you're a real genius. you probably go to space camp every year.
3. colors ARE versatile most of time. any color, too. like black and white.
4. oh dear gourd
5. people have been wearing jeans since they were 3 years old. no one has ever died from a jeans fashion mishap. GET OVER IT.
my point is, IRRELEVANT. how are all these fashion-y? ground-breaking? eye opener?
and also, these are everything that people have been wearing since the age of time. seriously. look it up in the history books. did you think Elizabeth cared the 3 ways she could wear her french bonnet? no honey. and i bet ermine and scarlet and miniver IS NEVER AWKWARD.
i just... you spent an hour writing, looking up pictures, going through pinterest over pinterest over pinterest on how to wear white shirts. that's 1 hour of your life you'll never get back. and look at me! me too! i just spent an hour writing about you writing about how to wear white shirts!
thanks a lot, genius. and for the record i think pinterest is a funny name, and i use it to mean having a miniscule amount of interest. you know. pin-sized. PIN + interest. hahaha.
