Turn around Bright Eyes

every now and then i fall apart

7th august - batman love

i forgot to mention i saw two awesome movies recently.

one was turbo. I KNOW. IT'S A MOVIE ABOUT A FAST SNAIL. but it was good! it was all about how if you BELIEVE in yourself, you can achieve your wildest dreams. and that it is important to believe in your friends too. how could a snail be in a derby? but turbo (i just spelt durbo. and then turdbo. heh.) did. and won. and it was fantastic. it was a good movie.

another one was the dark knight rises. what an oldie but a goodie (and an oldie i have NEVER seen before). man, i love batman in this. and i LOVE joseph gordon-levitt in this. not sure how i got the idea in the beginning that jgl hated batman in this one and will rise against him. he did not. he became ROBIN! which caught me by surprise in the end. he's just so adorbs, too. i love how batman is SO HUMAN in which he was disappointed and hid and ran away. and when he was back in the game, he was BACK in the game. and he broke his back, and he came back. batman is the only superhero who is only human, isn't he? all he has are the fancy gadgets. no superpowers. that is why he is the best. i loved anne hathaway in this too. she's so good. my favorite part was when she was on the superbike and she pleaded with batman to run away with her. when she tilted her head and whispered please. that was SO GOOD. you can just feel how much she wanted it. i even loved alfred goddammit. and then i cried when batman supposedly died. i cried! i did not expect that. i figured out who the real baddie was just 2 second before the reveal, and that was even with "takkanlaa..." wow. so good. and i wanted more of batman by nolan and bale but there was no more. this was the last one. so i got sad.

did i tell you i cried? and i stayed up late watching this?
