why i keep a journal:
sometimes you spill something about yourself that exposes the rawness and how you really are in whatsapp convos (with close friends of course) and literally NO ONE seems to get it or i don't know, pick it up to talk about it further.
so, it's better to journal and tell your future self about it.
this is one answer that can be used in reddit's: what do y'all journal about?!?!
the truth is it can be everything, it can be nothing, the most important thing is - what YOU want to say.
