Amazing Race : The Early Years
Remember the cartoon about a race? There was a baddie who owns a dog and he was always saying "Drat!" and "Muttley!" and laugh like "Nyea-ha-ha!" And one of the racers was the lady in pink who's name is Penelope, I think. I loved that show.
